The main focus of our manufacturing programme is the assembly of mainly metal assemblies and parts for the power engineering and other engineering sectors. Rotary parts with permanent magnets, such as rotors and magnetic couplings, constitute a dynamically developing part of our manufacturing activities. Within the framework of cooperation, we prepare all the technical documentation, design and manufacture the necessary tools and jigs, and provide all materials for manufacturing. Thanks to our excellent knowledge of the Czech and Slovak markets, we effectively coordinate all necessary production technologies. securing parts for assembly

We can provide the parts and materials required for assembly ourselves from our own suppliers. For manufacturing, we provide for the purchase of certified raw materials. When the parts are manufactured, we closely cooperate with the manufacturer on the drafting of the manufacturing documentation, manufacturing auxiliaries and in particular inspection procedures so that 100% manufacturing quality is guaranteed.

quality control, storage and logistics

The assembly includes an inspection site, where the components are checked before assembly and the finished assemblies are subsequently stored in the warehouse. We own storage areas for the storage of a sufficient amount of parts in order to be capable to deliver within short delivery times and quickly respond to the current needs. If requested by you, we pack the goods and subsequently ensure transport to the customer, including customs clearance.
