RADOX® industrial cables

RADOX® cables with radiation cross-linked insulation have been tested in harsh industrial conditions for many years. The wire insulation is easy to process, is resistant to soldering, and can be installed with a small bending radius. The incredible ability to withstand temperature spikes well beyond their temperature class (up to 250°C for RADOX® 155 and RADOX® UL 3289) makes RADOX® cables one of the preferred solutions for the electrical winding industry.

The origin of HUBER and SUHNER dates back to 1864; the merger in 1968 created a company with a long tradition of innovation, maintaining its leadership in metallic, radio frequency, and optical connectivity for demanding applications.

RADOX cutting-edge solution®

As the exclusive representative of HUBER+SUHNER on the Czech and Slovak markets, we supply RADOX® industrial cables for heavy-duty applications. The cables are widely used in a broad range of industrial applications with high demands on operating conditions. RADOX® UL/CSA series products meet UL/CSA certification.

RADOX® UL 3289

This flexible jumper wire with excellent temperature resistance will prove its worth in Class F motor and transformer applications. The insulation is mechanically robust and resistant to most media, impregnating resins, and insulating paints. It provides excellent resistance to short-term temperature fluctuations up to +250°C and its high flame retardance prevents flame spread in case of fire. Easy stripping is suitable for automated, cost-effective processing. Further advantages come from the compact design, which allows space-saving wiring.

properties

  • UL/CSA certification
  • for temperatures of -55°C to +150°C
  • nominal voltage 600 V AC

RADOX® 125

Radiation cross-linked wire RADOX® 125 is used for fixed indoor installation in a range of equipment, sensors, distribution panels, and switchboards. The wire is particularly suitable as a lead to the windings of electric motors.

properties

  • for temperatures of -40°C to +125°C
  • nominal voltage up to 600/1,000 V
  • halogen-free

RADOX® 155

The RADOX ® 155 cable offers excellent resistance to high temperatures, low temperatures, ozone, and weather effects. The product is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation, for connecting fixed and moving parts.

properties

  • for temperatures of -55°C to +155°C
  • nominal voltage up to 600/1,000 V
  • for indoor and outdoor installation
