We supply a selected range of materials for synchronous and asynchronous machines. Our typical products include rare-earth permanent magnets with enhanced corrosion resistance and temperature stability. Our other products include metallic connectivity, temperature sensors, and insulation tubes.
We manufacture rotors with permanent magnets in-house. For high-speed applications, we supply precision parts with laminated magnets and carbon-fiber bandages. Together with the rotor, we deliver the wound stator, including potted winding ends.
We design electromagnetic calculations of electrical machines and perform strength calculations. We verify the behaviour of materials in our test laboratory during the development stage of a new machine and during the final inspection.
