Building on the success of the SENCITY® Rail antennas for rail applications and following the successful implementation of antennas for tram and trolleybus transport under the SENCITY® Tram brand, Huber+Suhner is now introducing a new range of SENCITY® Road antennas for buses, trucks, heavy goods vehicles, military vehicles, and emergency vehicles.
The origin of HUBER and SUHNER dates back to 1864; the merger in 1968 created a company with a long tradition of innovation, maintaining its leadership in metallic, radio frequency, and optical connectivity for demanding applications.
This low-profile rooftop antenna combines cellular connectivity (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), Wi-Fi (including Wi-Fi 6E), and GNSS in one extremely durable housing with a height of only 33 mm. With up to three radiating elements in one housing and mounting through a single hole, installation is quick and easy. The antenna covers a wide frequency band from 694 MHz to 7.125 GHz, enabling high-capacity and reliable data transmission in the most demanding operating conditions.
Antennas designed for applications up to 4x4 MIMO in mobile operator bands, 8x8 MIMO in Wi-Fi networks. They offer various combinations of up to 9 radiating elements in one housing and come with GNSS capability for L1, L2, L5 operation.
The antennas offer support for MIMO systems, in 2x2 and 3x3 versions, using a single antenna with multiple radiating elements in one common housing, or by installing multiple antennas spaced apart for optimised inter-port isolation.
The antenna is designed for applications in VHF bands
This road antenna is puck shaped and designed for connectivity in SISO applications in the 400 MHz / TETRA bands.
