An important activity of PZK BRNO a.s. is the use of its own special technology during development and batch production. The technology is primarily used within our own manufacturing portfolio in the field of rotating electrical machinery. In the case of a development or research task, or in the context of prototyping, we also provide the application of our technologies to external parties.

For high-speed rotors with permanent magnets on the surface, it is necessary to provide additional mechanical protection in the form of a carbon or Kevlar bandage. Our state-of-the-art banding machine allows advanced settings of winding parameter that are essential for consistent results, especially at high speeds. Vacuum resin potting provides additional mechanical protection for components and improves heat dissipation. We use an advanced potting system that works with a wide range of potting materials. To balance rotating bodies, we use a modern balancing machine designed to determine the unbalance of high-speed rotors. For bipolar magnetisation of permanent magnets or bipolar rotors, we use a pulse magnetisation unit with different magnetising coil diameters.
